Refund Policy

Your item(s) must be in their original, unworn condition in a padded envelope with a tracking number. They must be postmarked to Kouklas Accessories within 7 days of your order being delivered to you. If your return is postmarked more than 7 days past your delivery date, we cannot return or exchange your jewelry or clothing. Once we receive your item(s), we will issue a refund within 5 business days. Example: If your package is delivered to you on Monday, June 1st, your return package must be postmarked (shipped) by Monday, June 8th, back to Kouklas Accessories.

All orders sent in for a refund within the valid return timeframe will be refunded minus a $7.50 handling and service fee. All original shipping fees are nonrefundable. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow a few business days for the credit to show.

* Please keep in mind we do not accept returns or replace items that show aging.

We use USPS and UPS, depending on which one has the best shipping time available.

All cancel order requests must be made with 48hrs of purchase and all custom orders must be cancelled within 24hrs as we start production within that time.
